Drive Finance operates under full regulatory compliance and offers a wide range of financial solutions beyond GB Auto, supporting various businesses and consumers.Role Description The Direct Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for identifying and approaching prospective customers, presenting Drive Finance’s auto and factoring solutions, and guiding clients through the application and approval process. The specialist will handle inquiries, follow up on leads, manage a sales pipeline, and ensure that customer interactions are professional and compliant with company policies. Daily tasks include conducting needs assessments, explaining financing options, preparing basic documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to support smooth onboarding. The role also involves maintaining positive relationships with existing customers, gathering feedback to improve service quality, and participating in sales training and performance reviews.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers and stakeholders.Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.Proven Sales skills, with experience in direct sales, lead generation, and closing deals in financial services or a related sector.Ability to deliver and participate in Training activities, such as product knowledge sessions and continuous skills development.Basic understanding of consumer and SME finance, particularly auto financing, is highly beneficial.Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to accuracy and regulatory compliance.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in Arabic, with good proficiency in English for business communication.
