Job PurposeTo lead Asset & Liability Management in Egypt, ensuring optimal balance sheet structure, liquidity resilience and interest rate risk positioning aligned with Group strategy, regulatory expectations and country growth objectives.Key Result AreasLead liquidity and funding strategy execution.Oversee IRRBB management and ALCO governance.Ensure compliance with CBE liquidity and prudential requirements.Optimize funding mix, tenor profile and balance sheet deployment.Lead ALCO reporting, scenario analysis and strategic recommendations.Coordinate with Group ALM, Finance and Risk.Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceSenior Treasury professional with extensive experience in Asset & Liability Management, balance sheet optimization, liquidity and interest rate risk management.Strong expertise in ALM frameworks including FTP, IRRBB, liquidity stress testing, ICAAP, and regulatory reporting.Proven leadership in ALCO governance, policy formulation, and strategic balance sheet decision‑making.Solid track record working with senior management, regulators, and cross‑functional teams across Treasury, Risk, and Finance.Experience driving system, data and reporting enhancements to strengthen ALM analytics and controlsThe leading financial institution in MENAWhile more than half a century old, we proudly think like a challenger, startup, and innovatorin banking and finance, powered by a diverse and dynamic team who put customers first.Together, we pioneer key innovations and developments in banking and financial services.Our mandate?
