This is achieved through AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based learning progressions, and a fundamental redesign of traditional classroom formats. The outcomes speak for themselves. We now need a leader to drive consistent execution across varied school implementations, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the authoritative voice for a movement built on rigorous learning science.This position is not about academic theory. You will be accountable for academic strategy in action, establish performance standards, surface execution shortfalls, and coach high-performing teams toward tangible results. You will convert our scientific underpinnings into operational rigor and articulate the case for this model on a global stage.What You Will Be DoingDeveloping academic frameworks that convert learning science principles into actionable direction for curriculum design, student motivation architectures, and application functionality.Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to maintain alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery across all school teams.Integrating data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most impactful obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete solutions.Ensuring strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight to sustain focus on student learning objectives.Serving as the principal external representative for 2 Hour Learning, delivering keynote presentations and engaging directly with Ministries of Education to advance systemic transformation in global education.What You Won’t Be DoingEngaging in isolated curriculum initiatives that do not contribute to broader systemic improvement.Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational implementation.Transferring accountability for performance to middle management or external consultants.Depending on reputation or theoretical frameworks to influence stakeholders who require evidence.Director Of Educational Strategy Key ResponsibilitiesExpand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by driving unified execution across multiple schools, raising leadership performance standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public advocate for a movement rooted in rigorous science and demonstrated outcomes.Basic RequirementsAdvanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related fieldAt least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, leading a team of staff/employees (not an informal peer leader role, such as grade-level lead); you must have been responsible for hiring, monitoring performance, coaching, and making termination decisionsExperience driving learning outcomes for students and upholding student performance standardsExperience applying AI or emerging technologies to improve education, such as through personalized learning, adaptive learning, AI agents, etc.Experience managing academic teams of 50+ people (e.g., the teams you managed directly executed curriculum, instruction, or assessment)Experience interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders in a professional settingAbout 2 Hour LearningEducation is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
