conduct regular audits and update policies as necessaryEvaluate and enhance human resources processes and practices to optimize operational efficiency and organizational performanceExecute disciplinary actions and employee terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirementsCoordinate and oversee employee events and organizational initiativesProvide oversight and support for designated committees including Employee Recognition and Diversity, Equity & InclusionEnsure adherence to Accor/Ennismore policies and local legislation across all human resources functionsMaintain professional standards in all interactions and communicationsPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications**Required Qualifications:**Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources Management experience, including responsibility for HR operations and strategic initiativesDemonstrated expertise across all core HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and complianceAdvanced proficiency in written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate HR strategy to executive leadership and all organizational levelsProven capability to design and implement leadership development and talent management programsStrong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget development, expense management, and financial forecastingComprehensive knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and occupational health and safety requirementsEstablished track record of building and managing high-performing HR teams**Preferred Qualifications:**Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent)Hospitality industry experience, particularly in hotel or resort operationsExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and talent management platformsDemonstrated success implementing organizational change initiatives and process improvements
