Accountable for Regional IT, Retail IT in Egypt, and the Delivery Centre, ensuring reliable services, strong governance, operational excellence, and scalable technology capabilities that support business growth.ROLE PROFILELead Regional IT operations across Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon.Establish and scale the Egypt Offshore Technology Delivery Centre.Oversee Retail IT operations across Egypt.Ensure service availability, infrastructure, and business continuity.Drive IT governance, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance.Build and lead high-performing technology teams.Manage strategic vendors and service delivery performance.Partner with business leaders to deliver technology-enabled outcomes.Requirements15+ years' IT leadership experience in regional environments.Proven experience leading offshore/shared service delivery.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, ITSM, and cybersecurity.Experience supporting retail or customer-facing operations.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, CCNA, or similar certifications preferred.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
