Its mission is to act as a reliable partner and strategic “SOS” for business success.Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Discord Expert at Speed Outsourcing Solutions LTD. The Discord Expert will be responsible for setting up, organizing, and managing Discord servers, channels, roles, and permissions to support client communities and internal teams. Daily tasks include moderating conversations, enforcing community guidelines, responding to member queries, and escalating issues when needed. The role also involves creating and optimizing bots, automations, and integrations, as well as configuring notifications and webhooks to support sales, marketing, and customer success workflows. The Discord Expert will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design engagement strategies, run events, analyze server metrics, and continuously improve community experience and performance. Documentation of best practices, training of team members, and proactive identification of technical or community risks are also key responsibilities.Qualifications Proven experience managing and growing Discord communities, including server structure, channels, roles, and permission systems.Hands-on experience with Discord bots (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, custom bots), automations, and integrations with tools such as CRMs, webhooks, or Zapier.Strong community management and moderation skills, including conflict resolution, enforcement of guidelines, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.Ability to design and execute engagement strategies (events, AMAs, announcements, campaigns) to increase member activity and retention.Comfort analyzing Discord analytics and community metrics to inform decisions and report on performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clear, concise, and professional tone for diverse audiences.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and operate independently in a remote environment.Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot bot issues, integrations, and basic connectivity or configuration problems.Experience working with sales, marketing, or customer support teams, ideally in SaaS, real estate, or B2B environments, is an advantage.
