Whether it’s students, working professionals, parents, gym-goers, or anyone with a fast-paced lifestyle, our goal is to create products that fit naturally into their daily routine.Starting with functional ready-to-drink beverages, Nexo aims to become one of Egypt’s leading beverage brands through great products, strong distribution, and exceptional execution.We’re looking for ambitious people who want to build something meaningful from the ground up and be part of the journey from the early stages.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Distribution Representative to support Nexo’s daily distribution and fulfillment operations.This role will be responsible for accompanying the company driver on daily delivery routes, ensuring accurate and timely order deliveries, collecting payments when required, handling returns, supporting product merchandising at customer locations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout every delivery.The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, enjoys working in the field, and is excited about joining a fast-growing startup where they can make a real impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDistribution & DeliveryAccompany the company driver on daily distribution routes.Verify customer orders before delivery.Deliver customer orders accurately and on time.Load and unload products safely and efficiently.Ensure all deliveries are completed according to company procedures.Customer Service & MerchandisingBuild and maintain professional relationships with customers during daily visits.Ensure products are properly arranged and displayed at customer locations when required.Report merchandising issues, product shortages, and customer feedback.Represent Nexo professionally during every customer interaction.Collections & DocumentationCollect customer payments when required.Obtain customer signatures on invoices and delivery documents.Complete all delivery documentation accurately.Reconcile invoices, collections, and returned products with the warehouse team at the end of each day.Returns & InventoryHandle customer returns according to company procedures.Report damaged products or delivery issues promptly.Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding returns and inventory discrepancies.KPIsOn-time delivery rate.Delivery accuracy.Collection accuracy.Documentation accuracy.Product return accuracy.Merchandising compliance.Customer satisfaction.Daily route completion. EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.ExperiencePrevious experience in distribution, delivery, logistics, warehousing, or FMCG is required.Experience handling customer deliveries and delivery documentation is preferred.Experience collecting cash payments and handling returns is preferred.SkillsGood communication and customer service skills.Basic English reading skills.Ability to use a smartphone for work-related communication and updates.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently under pressure.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is preferred.Personal QualitiesHonest, reliable, and trustworthy.Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.Comfortable working in a startup environment.Willing to spend the majority of the working day in the field.Physically capable of loading and unloading products.Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
