Create, maintain, and control documents and records in both physical and digital filing systems Ensure all documents follow proper naming conventions, version control, and approval workflows Receive, log, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing documents Maintain document registers and logs, tracking status (draft, under review, approved, archived) Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and up to date before distribution Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain approvals and resolve documentation issues Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage document control software or ERP systems Support internal and external audits by providing timely access to accurate records Archive obsolete documents and maintain retention schedules Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or related field. 1–3 years of experience in document control or administrative support. Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Benefits
