A leading company in tobacco industry is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Coordinator to join their team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining company documents and records related to manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, production, and operational activities. The role requires ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up to date, properly distributed, and fully compliant with internal standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Requirements Provides confidential secretarial and administrative support for TEIE GM, to include managing theschedule/calendar, making travel arrangements, screening and handling telephone communications,greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate. Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals,and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitatesMeetings, Conferences, And Other Special Events, As Required. Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, asappropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office. Assists with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization ofthe office. Composes and prepares written documentation and correspondence for the office; screens andevaluates incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepares responses as appropriate. Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as appropriate Conduct periodic asset inventory checks on a quarterly basis to ensure accuracy and proper trackingof company assets. Prepare and process purchase orders for required materials through the SAP system
