We’re Hiring | DraftsmanJob Summary:We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and documentation while ensuring compliance with project requirements and company standards.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and revise technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings based on project requirements. Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness. Review and update drawings according to project modifications and client requirements. Maintain proper documentation and records of all drawings and revisions. Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and applicable regulations. Support the Back Office team with technical documentation and project-related tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman. Previous experience in construction, MEP, low current systems, or infrastructure projects is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software. Good understanding of engineering drawings, standards, and technical documentation.Experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings. Knowledge of project documentation and drawing management processes. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
