This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of functional consulting, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving process improvements. Areas of Responsibility (AOR) / Duties :Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure D365 F&O modules in Finance, SCM, and Project Management to support business needs. Design and document functional specifications, workflows, and test plans. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Provide functional support during and after implementation. Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and the project team to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest best practices aligned with D365 F&O. Qualifications & Skills :Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) Proven track record of successful D365 F&O implementations, with specific expertise in Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Project Management modules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
