About the Role As an E-commerce & Fulfillment Specialist at Talent 360, you will be responsible for managing daily e-commerce operations, supervising online customer service activities, and coordinating with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and a seamless customer journey. You will play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency and supporting the growth of a fast-paced fashion retail business. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily e-commerce operations to ensure smooth order processing and an excellent online customer experience. Supervise the Online Moderators team, monitor performance, and ensure customer inquiries are handled professionally and within defined service levels. Monitor product availability and ensure inventory is accurately reflected across all online sales channels. Coordinate with the Operations team regarding stock availability, replenishment needs, and inventory updates. Act as the primary liaison between e-commerce operations and the warehouse fulfillment team to ensure efficient order processing. Communicate order priorities, promotional campaigns, customer requests, and fulfillment requirements to support timely delivery. Monitor online order flow and follow up on fulfillment progress to ensure orders are processed within target timelines. Investigate and resolve operational issues that may impact order fulfillment or customer satisfaction. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales by ensuring inventory and fulfillment readiness. Handle escalated customer issues and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant departments. Analyze customer feedback and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement. Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, customer service metrics, fulfillment activities, and operational KPIs. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall customer experience. Previous experience within the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry is preferred. Strong understanding of online order management, inventory coordination, and fulfillment processes. Experience supervising customer service or online moderation teams is an advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using e-commerce platforms, order management systems, or ERP systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
