General Description and Job ObjectiveWe are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our team as an E-commerce Specialist / Account Manager. The primary objective of this role is to efficiently manage and operate the company's accounts on major external e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Noon, and Jumia). The goal is to maximize sales, enhance brand visibility, and ensure continuous growth in our electronic sales channels, while maintaining the highest levels of internal and external coordination. Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPlatform and Account Management:Full management of seller accounts on major e-commerce platforms, ensuring compliance with all their policies and terms.Coordination and follow-up of sales operations between the company and the e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Jumia).Product and Content Management:Uploading new products, optimizing, and updating existing listings (images, descriptions, pricing, quantities).In-platform Search Engine Optimization (Listing SEO) to increase product visibility in search results.Sales and Marketing:Monitoring and updating prices periodically and following up on seasonal offers and discounts.Planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns within the selling platforms and optimizing them to ensure the best Return on Investment (ROI).Monitoring competitors and analyzing sales performance to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers.Operations and Logistics:Daily management and follow-up of orders and effective coordination with inventory and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.Managing and following up on returns, compensation issues, and claims.Customer Service and Reporting:Supervising responses and handling customer inquiries and reviews via the platforms' dashboards.Preparing daily/weekly/periodic detailed reports on sales, inventory, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Required Qualifications and ExperienceEducational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration).Experience: A minimum of [3 years] of practical experience in managing and operating seller accounts on major e-commerce platforms (preferably including Amazon, Noon, Jumia).English Language: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written). Required SkillsDeep knowledge of the main e-commerce platforms' seller tools and dashboards (Seller Central / Seller Station).Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret sales and performance reports.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Excellent follow-up and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.Tact and professionalism in dealing, negotiation, and effective communication with customers and colleagues.
