E Commerce Specialist

·  Review, process, and track online orders from start to finish.·  Manage and handle orders efficiently using Shopify.·  Handle online orders fulfillment operations accurately and efficiently.·  Prepare, pack, and ship products with accuracy and care.·  Perform quality checks on products before shipment.·  Coordinate with shipping and courier companies to ensure timely delivery.·  Update order statuses and handle returns, exchanges, or order modifications.·  Monitor inventory levels and organize stock availability.·  Upload and update products, pricing, descriptions, and stock on the website.·  Ensure a smooth customer shopping experience across all online channels.·  Coordinate with marketing and design teams for online campaigns and promotions.·  Analyze sales performance and prepare basic reports when needed.·  Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer requests. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital retail is preferred.Strong knowledge of Shopify, ERP system, and courier portals.Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.Excellent communication and organizational skills.High level of English.Residents of Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo, or Maadi are preferred.
