ResponsibilitiesContent Development:Develop interactive digital learning using Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline 360. Build responsive modules, assessments, simulations, and knowledge checks. Support SCORM packaging and LMS-ready deliverables. Apply visual design through using Adobe Creative Suite and UX principles to improve learner experience.Curriculum DesignAnalyze source technical content and transform it into structured learning experiences. Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, adult learning principles, scenario-based learning, microlearning, etc.). Create storyboards, learning blueprints, scripts, assessments, and learning activities. Design learner-centered experiences for technical and operational audiences. Convert complex technical/service documentation into simplified training content. Work with SMEs to validate accuracy and fill content gaps.Research And AnalysisUse AI tools responsibly to improve productivity in: Content drafting Learning activity generation Storyboarding support Visual ideation Translation support Content quality enhancement Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted workflows while maintaining instructional quality and governance.CollaborationWork with SMEs, reviewers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Support project briefs, timelines, review cycles, and development workflows. Contribute to process improvement and learning innovation initiatives.Quality AssuranceValidating the content to avoid any mistakes, missing data, grammar mistakes based on rubrics.AdaptabilityAdapt content for different learning levels and diverse audiences.Ensure accessibility standards are met for learners with disabilities.Technical SkillsDesign and implement the structure of the courses using eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).Has the ability to Design and Coding the Courses.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SCORM standards.CommunicationCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Project ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.Develop project timelines and milestones for content development.Feedback And ImprovementFocusing on the feedback and listening to the learners comments and enhancing the content.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.ITI Diploma (E-learning Track) is highly preferred and considered a strong asset.1 to 3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.Proven experience in training creation, including storyboarding, content chunking, and assessment design.Advanced Expertise in Articulate 360Advanced Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Excel is required; experience with MS Access for data management is highly appreciated.Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and SCORM/xAPI standards.Languages: Full professional fluency in English is required.
