Job Title: Marketing Manager – E-Commerce Platform (B2B & B2C)Location: Maadi Job Type:Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the growth and positioning of our e-commerce platform serving both B2B and B2C markets. The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and revenue growth across digital and offline channels.The ideal candidate combines performance marketing expertise, e-commerce knowledge, marketplace growth experience, and strong commercial understanding of both business buyers and end consumers.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Marketing & GrowthDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B and B2C segments.Build annual and quarterly growth plans aligned with revenue and acquisition targets.Lead go-to-market strategies for new categories, products, vendors, and campaigns.Define customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies.2. Performance & Digital MarketingManage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, marketplaces, etc.)Optimize performance marketing funnels (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, LTV).Lead SEO, SEM, email automation, affiliate and remarketing initiatives.Monitor and improve conversion rates across website, app, and marketplace channels.3. E-Commerce & Marketplace GrowthDrive GMV growth, order volume, customer frequency and vendor acquisition.Develop promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns and sales activations.Work on merchandising strategy, product visibility and marketplace promotions.Support seller/vendor onboarding and demand generation for B2B merchants.4. Brand & Customer EngagementBuild and strengthen brand positioning across B2B and consumer audiences.Lead content strategy, social media, CRM, and customer engagement programs.Manage loyalty, referral, and retention initiatives.Oversee communication across all customer touchpoints.5. Data, Analytics & OptimizationTrack KPIs and marketing performance dashboards.Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign ROI.Use data-driven insights to optimize budget allocation and growth initiatives.Conduct competitor and market intelligence analysis.6.
