The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for overseeing online sales operations, managing the ecommerce platform, analyzing sales trends, implementing strategies to optimize conversions, and handling customer inquiries and order management. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and contributing towards the company's growth in the gaming retail market.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, understanding trends, and driving data-driven decisions Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and an understanding of online sales operations and strategies Marketplace ( Amazon, Noon, and jumia) Experience.
