The role ensures smooth branch operations, high member satisfaction, workspace readiness, and sustained occupancy while creating a professional and engaging community environment. The position acts as the main point of contact for members, visitors, and partners and plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and a positive customer journeyKey Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services, compliance with company standards, and uninterrupted business continuity Sustain branch revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets through workspace hospitable level of services Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels by proactively managing client relationships, resolving escalations, and delivering an exceptional member experience. Manage, coach, and develop branch employees, fostering a customer-centric, performance-driven culture aligned with Raya values.
