Through education, health, sports, and economic empowerment, we create sustainable, multi-generational change that improves lives.Role DetailsLocation: Nasr City, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: Flexible (8–4, 9–5, or 10–6)Reports to: Program DirectorSalary: CompetitiveKey ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of inclusive education programs.Collaborate with the Program Director to define strategic priorities and supervise field teams.Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, NGOs, and community stakeholders.Design and deliver capacity-building workshops for educators and caregivers.Ensure programs are participatory, culturally responsive, and informed by data.Monitor, evaluate, and refine programs to maximize effectiveness and long-term impact. Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s degree is an advantage).6–10 years of experience in education program leadership, preferably in humanitarian or under-resourced settings.open to foreignersExperience with NGOs or international education initiatives is highly desirable.Proven expertise in inclusive and culturally responsive curriculum design.Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).Valid passport.Strong leadership, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based tools.
