Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Sales Consultant. The consultant will engage with students and families, providing personalised guidance on study abroad options and helping them make informed decisions. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, understanding candidates’ educational objectives, advising on university selections, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role also involves promoting Go Abroad Edu’s services and achieving sales targets.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions.Proven ability in Sales and Consultative Selling to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.Knowledge or experience in the Education sector, with familiarity in university admissions processes or international study programs, is an advantage.Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple client cases efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field is recommended.
