The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and developing electrical designs, drawings, connection diagrams, and calculation sheets for power transformers under senior supervision.Review and interpret customer specifications, ensuring full compliance with IEC/IEEE standards and specific project requirements.Support the tendering process by preparing technical compliance sheets, basic design inputs, and technical offers.Contribute to the preparation of customer and shop documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and technical reports.Coordinate and collaborate with other design disciplines such as mechanical, control, testing, production, and quality teams throughout the design and manufacturing phases.Participate in technical discussions, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), and customer review stages to ensure design alignment and successful delivery.Learn, apply, and continuously improve internal design standards, checklists, and templates to maintain design quality and consistency.Support in generating technical documentation and design reports in accordance with company and customer requirements.Requirements:Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power & Machine Engineering.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.Computer skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and Microsoft Excel.
