Electrical Engineer

We are recruit for our client multinational manufacturer of home and personal care products located in 6 of October Egypt.Position: Electrical EngineerResponsibilities :• Participating in PM plan design• Implement the PM plan• set the spare parts stock and control the inventory• Responsible for maintaining and repairing all Electrical equipment’s• Responsible for the calibration of all instrumentation• Responsible for reducing the down time and increase the OEE OF all equipment’s• Responsible for preparing Department SOPs• Responsible for preparing all IQ, OQ and PQ for all equipment’s• Responsible for managing all three shifts’ technicians• Responsible for evaluating the performance all maintenance technicians• Responsible for reporting all breakdowns and root-cause to his line manager• Participating in setting department KPIs and achieve them• Defines the department training needs to improve the performance of maintenance team• Responsible for evaluating and implementing KAIZEN’s• Responsible for technical continuous improvement projects• Responsible for all company production equipment’s software and automation• Responsible for implementing all new projects• Participates in preparing the budget• Coordinating between stakeholders to initiate the CPS and follow-up the CPS• Preparation of custom reports for project needs and presentations to communicate their findings to project stakeholders.• Common resources planning• Project change control initiation and follow up• Managing Project documentations• Plan and control projects to assure the specifications, timings, and budgeted costs;"• Perform the required studies for implementation of a new equipment, commercial project, etJob Requirements:From 4-6 years of experience in same position with FMCG or pharmaceutical (Liquids or cosmetics)-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer.PLC, classic control experienceCompany benefits:A very attractive salary along with other attractive benefits
