Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.The Electrical Engineering Lead leads and coordinates the electrical engineering function, providing technical leadership and oversight across all project phases. The role interfaces directly with the Customer, manages Worley and subcontractor resources, ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, and international standards, and supports knowledge transfer and capability development within a multidisciplinary, multinational environment.Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the electrical engineering function, including Worley personnel and subcontractors.Interface directly with the Customer, providing technical leadership and supporting knowledge transfer.Ensure electrical engineering deliverables comply with contract requirements, regulatory obligations, and applicable local and international codes and standards.Provide technical support to the Project Engineering Manager and represent the electrical discipline in internal and external forums.Ensure electrical engineering systems, procedures, and reporting are implemented in line with Worley and project requirements.Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces and ensure alignment across project stakeholders.Review vendor and contractor technical documentation, including designs, as-built documentation, and system modifications.Monitor construction activities, identify non‑conformances, and ensure corrective actions align with design and quality requirements.Control and approve technical changes in accordance with EPC contract and regulatory processes.Contribute to safety and hazard assessments related to electrical systems.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.10+ years of experience in electrical engineering on large scale projects and in nuclear power plant operation and management of multi-cultural teams. Extensive nuclear experience required. Power transmission experience is a plus.Special Job RequirementsAbility to manage, communicate, influence and persuade. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus.Sound engineering background. Organized and disciplined, capable of planning and scheduling tasks and events. Ability to work and interact with multidiscipline and multinational teams.
