Your JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Electrical & Control Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PLC & SCADA programming, industrial instrumentation, AC/DC power and drive systems, and robot systems. Candidates with experience in sputtering technology or vacuum coating systems will be considered an added advantage.This role requires excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong ownership, and the capability to support advanced automated production lines.What You Will DoDevelop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Siemens S7/300–1500, TIA Portal, or equivalent). Configure, operate, and support SCADA systems (WinCC, Wonderware, etc.). Diagnose, calibrate, and maintain industrial instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature, vacuum sensors, etc.). Provide support for AC/DC drives, soft starters, and industrial power supply units. Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on industrial robot systems (ABB,FANUC, or similar). Provide technical support for sputtering systems, plasma coating, and vacuum deposition equipment (preferred). Conduct root-cause analysis to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance. Implement preventive maintenance plans for control and robot systems. Update and manage electrical schematics, loop diagrams, P&IDs, and control documentation. Support plant automation upgrades, retrofits, and integration of new technologies. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.3-5 years of experience in electrical and control engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.Hands‑on experience with instrumentation, drives, motors, and electrical control panels.Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to work under production pressure.Good understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical regulations.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
