Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for job allocation and job flow in Electrical Maintenance including job scheduling and labor allocation for day-to-day operations.Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management.Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget, and scheduling expenses for the electrical departmentPerform energy audit and recommend alternative sources of energyPurchase electrical fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibilitySupport the company in increasing profitability by managing resources efficiently and making necessary recommendations.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.Track and maintain electronic records on all maintenance and repairs to machines and facilities.Control maintenance budget and spending.Direct and delegate workload to maintenance personnel.Ensure all processes, procedures, and documentation is ISO compliant.Supervisor Maintenance Technicians and Custodians. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering4-5 years of experienceVery good in EnglishProblem-solvingMales onlyExcellent communication skills.Attention to detail.Excellent Microsoft Office
