Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure continuous plant operation.Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and minimize equipment downtime.Maintain and service production lines including slaughtering, cutting, chilling, freezing, and packaging systems.Monitor and maintain electrical panels, motors, control systems, conveyors, compressors, boilers, and refrigeration units.Ensure full compliance with occupational safety, food safety, and quality standards.Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate technical procurement activities.Prepare maintenance reports and recommend performance improvement and cost optimization initiatives.Support plant expansion and equipment upgrade projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.2-5 years of experience in food manufacturing or poultry processing plants.Strong knowledge of:Electrical motors and control panelsPLC systems (preferred)Industrial refrigeration systemsProficiency in maintenance management systems and reporting tools.
