Supervision and Workforce Management Supervise and monitor the site labor force through supervisors. Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks. Quality Control and Safety Compliance Ensure strict adherence to quality control measures on-site. Implement and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Problem-Solving and Technical Support Address and resolve unexpected technical difficulties that may arise. Troubleshoot and provide engineering solutions for any site-related issues. Materials Selection and Management Oversee the selection and requisition of materials, ensuring they meet project specifications. Monitor the proper maintenance and storage of materials to prevent wastage. Cost Optimization and Technology Enhancement Recommend modifications and technology improvements to simplify processes and reduce costs. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and process the necessary paperwork for project completion. Obtain client authorization and approvals after inspections. Maintain a professional relationship with the Senior Engineer and submit periodic progress reports.
