Plan Analysis & Quantification: Meticulously review construction plans and specifications to determine comprehensive quantity requirements and assess project scope.Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Develop highly accurate material quantity and cost estimations; prepare comprehensive tender documents, contracts, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).Project Team Collaboration: Partner closely with multidisciplinary project teams to evaluate engineering requirements, specifications, and design intents.Review Cycle Management: Address and incorporate consultant feedback on Quantity Surveying (QS) submitting, ensuring compliance and precise amendments.Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the strategic liaison between site operations and the technical office team to ensure seamless communication and alignment.Inventory & Variance Tracking: Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to monitor material issuance and meticulously track variation orders and quantity deviations.Subcontractor Management: Review, verify, and process subcontractor quantity surveys, facilitating final approval workflows with the Engineering Manager.Quality Assurance: Guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of all quantity surveying services across active project portfolios. Qualifications & Experience:Professional Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in electrical engineering .Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of industry-standard software, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and the Microsoft Office Suite (with particular emphasis on advanced Excel functionalities).Core Competencies:Demonstrable organizational and time-management capabilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing competing demands effectively.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal acumen.Highly developed analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proven adaptability to work cohesively within cross-functional teams as well as independently with minimal supervision.
