Prepare, review, and coordinate electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation in alignment with project specifications and timelines.Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and other technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of electrical designs on-site.Conduct technical evaluations of electrical systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies between design documents and site conditions.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, review technical offers, and ensure compliance with project requirements.Participate in value engineering processes to optimize electrical designs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Monitor project progress, prepare regular technical reports, and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure all electrical works adhere to relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project handover.Support the procurement process by preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications for electrical materials and equipment.Contribute to the resolution of technical issues and provide expert guidance during project execution. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of experience in a technical office role within the construction industry.Proven experience in preparing and reviewing electrical shop drawings and technical submittals.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards relevant to construction projects.Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical design software.Solid understanding of project documentation, BOQ preparation, and technical reporting.Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
