About the RoleWe are looking for a Presales & Tendering Engineer to support our electrical trading operations serving customers across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage the complete tendering cycle, from reviewing RFQs and sourcing quotations to preparing technical and commercial offers and managing customer procurement portals.This is a remote position based in Egypt, working closely with contractors, end-users, distributors, and suppliers across the KSA market.Key ResponsibilitiesReview RFQs, tender documents, specifications, and BOQs.Prepare technical and commercial proposals for electrical products and spare parts.Source quotations from local and international suppliers.Analyze customer requirements and ensure full compliance with tender specifications.Prepare compliance sheets, technical submittals, and commercial offers.Manage and monitor procurement portals including ARIBA, SAP, and customer tendering platforms.Upload required documents and track tender submissions.Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical clarifications.Apply pricing strategies and margins according to company policy.Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations and tenders.Support order handover to procurement and operations teams after award.Maintain accurate opportunity records in ERP/CRM systems.Generate weekly pipeline and tender status reports.Build strong relationships with contractors, end-users, and distributors in the Saudi market. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Experience in Electrical Tendering, Presales, Proposal Engineering, or Electrical Trading.Strong knowledge of:Low Voltage (LV) ProductsMedium Voltage (MV) ProductsSwitchgearMotor Control Centers (MCC)Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)Protection & Control ProductsExperience working with major brands is a big plus such as:ABBSchneider ElectricSiemensEatonLS ElectricPrevious experience serving KSA customers is mandatory.Hands-on experience using ARIBA, SAP, or similar procurement/tendering portals.Experience preparing BOQ-based quotations and compliance matrices.Strong commercial and technical proposal writing skills.Good command of English.Native Arabic speaker.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience with Saudi contractors, industrial customers, utilities, or EPC companies.Experience in electrical spare parts trading.Familiarity with ERP systems.Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia when required.
