JOB TITLEEmployee Life Cycle Sr Associate | MAF Global Solutions | GS -People & OrganisationRole SummaryAs an ELC Senior Associate, I manage the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, employee documentation, and offboarding. Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient HR service delivery and support employees and managers in using SuccessFactors self-service functionalities.ROLE PROFILEDeliver customer focus support and customer oriented Advisory service to the business across the while organization and achieve the defined KPIsProvide the accurate answer to employee’s queries, seek support from third party or escalate if necessary.Understand customer needs and adjust the support according to the customer needs, and proactively work to solve the route cause for the queries.Handle SuccessFactors business transactions for the assigned accountMonitors and approves all data changes made through the self service portal.Ensure SuccessFactors Data Accuracy for the assigned account and tasksSuccessFactors and the ticketing tool Time maintenance for the assigned tasksPayroll checks and payroll data inputRequirements1-2 years’ experience in a HR services environment.Knowledge of Labor LawsExcellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlinesStrong Time Management skillsSuccessFactors knowledgeWhat We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
