Key Responsibilities:Design and implement initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle across countries (on-boarding, retention and off-boarding)Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement metrics, and propose continuous improvement strategies Support the planning and execution of culture-building activities and employee events. Create personalized on-boarding experiences to ensure smooth transitions for new hires Develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion Ensure a positive off-boarding process and gather exit insights for continuous improvementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field1-2 years of experience in on-boarding, or a similar HR roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solvingDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalismExperience using HR systems and engagement survey tools is a plusCreative thinker with a proactive and collaborative mindset
