About The JobYou’re looking for fulfillment, we’re looking for You!As an Employee Services Admin & Data Officer, you will ensure the efficient delivery of employee services by managing administrative processes, supporting payroll and benefits activities, and maintaining accurate employee data. You will handle employee requests promptly while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. About youMain ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support to Employee Services Team in Payroll & Benefit administrationManage the bank account creation process for new hires, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Prepare HR Letters upon requests (Employment Certificates, Salary letters… etc). Maintain and update the attendance system database, ensuring accuracy of employee data. Support time and attendance reporting in collaboration with IT, stakeholders and the HR team . Manage employee requests through the service management system, ensuring timely resolution and proper tracking. Prepare salary letters for Merit increases, Promotions, salary Adjustments, etc) as required. Perform overtime calculations in line with company policies and local labor regulations. Assist in preparing variable pay upload sheets for payroll processing. Generate working hours reports for both local and global reporting requirements. Create and maintain Leave system accounts for new hires and ensure accurate prorated annual leave balances. Provide required documentation for the internal & external audits, as well as social insurance & labor office requirements. Support benefits administration processes, including data updates and documentation. Qualifications1-3 years of experience in Admin & Payroll within a multinational company. Familiarity with payroll systems, leave management tools and Excel. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experienceFluent in English (written and spoken)Strong HR knowledge with expertise in data management, analytics, and continuous process improvement. Results-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize, execute quickly, and deliver accurate outcomes within deadlines. Collaborative and service-focused professional with strong communication, accountability, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
