General Responsibilities:Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing and personnel administration in compliance with labor, tax, and social insurance regulations. Serves as the main contact for employee inquiries and supports HR operations, reporting, and process improvements within shared services. Duties:• Execute monthly payroll processing activities accurately and within established deadlines.• Administer personnel transactions, including hiring, transfers, promotions, salary changes, contract renewals, and employee terminations.• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all personnel files are complete and up to date. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, personnel administration, benefits, attendance, and leave management.• Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and external governmental authorities to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee-related transactions.• Prepare payroll, personnel, and workforce reports to support management decision making.• Monitor and validate attendance, overtime, leave balances, and payroll-related transactions.• Support onboarding and offboarding activities and ensure proper completion of all related documentation and system updates.• Identify opportunities to improve shared services processes, enhance service quality, and increase operational efficiency.• Ensure adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of customer service.• Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll and personnel documentation.• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data.Job Specifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field• 2–5 years' experience in Payroll or HR Operations• Knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations• Experience in payroll processing and personnel administration• Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)• Strong Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables)• Good understanding of attendance, leave, and overtime systems• High attention to detail and accuracy• Strong organizational and time management skills• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to handle confidential information• Experience in shared services environment is a plus• English language proficiency
