Join us as a Field Sales Engineer and make a real impact with strategic customers. You'll be will be responsible for developing relationships with real estate developers, hotel operators, and key stakeholders across the North Coast, Marsa Matrouh, and Alexandria regions. The role focuses on identifying and following new real estate and hospitality projects, generating sales opportunities, and driving business growth through direct engagement with end users.What will you do?Identify, track, and develop sales opportunities within new and ongoing real estate and hotel projects in North Coast.Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, hotel owners, operators, and decision-makers.Follow up on construction pipelines and upcoming projects in North Coast, Marsa Matrouh, and Alexandria.Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to understand project requirements and business opportunities.Promote company solutions and ensure specification during project design and execution phases.Collaborate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.Maintain accurate project and customer information in CRM systems.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new investment developments in the hospitality and real estate sectors.Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives.Support negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.What are the key skills we are looking for?
