Engineer (Facilities)

1. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance· Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical, plumbing, and electromechanical systems.· Monitor and maintain landscaping equipment and systems (irrigation, lighting, etc.).· Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and within safety guidelines.· Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and emergencies. 2. Supervision and Coordination· Coordinate with contractors and technicians for specialized repairs and installations.· Supervise in-house maintenance technicians and ensure proper task allocation and execution.· Follow up on the completion and quality of maintenance jobs.· Coordinate with the administration team regarding equipment availability, materials, and scheduling.3. Documentation and Reporting· Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly maintenance checklists for each area (Electrical, Plumbing, Electromechanical, Landscaping).· Prepare incident reports, inspection logs, and maintenance summaries.· Submit periodic reports to the Facilities Manager highlighting maintenance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.4. Compliance and Safety· Ensure all maintenance works comply with relevant codes, safety standards, and company policies.· Conduct risk assessments for all activities and maintain safety documentation.· Support the implementation of energy-saving and sustainability practices.SkillsStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Good communication and reporting skills (written and verbal).
