The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing all engineering activities related to new store openings, renovations, and maintenance operations across the retail network. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, execution, and completion of new store construction and fit-out projects.Supervise renovation, expansion, and refurbishment activities for existing stores.Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all retail locations.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintenance performance.Develop engineering policies, procedures, and maintenance schedules.Manage and lead the engineering and maintenance team, including performance management and training.Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.Ensure the availability and proper functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical equipment.Support business expansion plans by delivering engineering solutions aligned with company objectives.Prepare periodic reports on project status, maintenance activities, budgets, and key performance indicators.
