The English Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing English instruction for the Flyers stage, and coordinating curricula. Additional tasks include supervising teachers, facilitating teacher development, monitoring student performance, and maintaining effective communication with parents and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience.QualificationsStrong expertise in English teaching, curriculum planning, and lesson designExcellent communication, coordination, and leadership skillsProficiency in fostering collaboration among students, parents, and educatorsExperience in training and supporting teachersOrganizational and time management skills to oversee multiple tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Prior experience teaching or coordinating English at the primary or intermediate level is highly desirablePassion for education and a proven ability to encourage and inspire students
