Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an English Customer Support Agent. The role entails providing exceptional customer support to resolve queries and ensure a seamless experience for Tabby’s users. Key daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, maintaining service quality standards, and escalating critical cases when necessary. You will also collaborate across teams to provide feedback and ensure continuous improvement of Tabby’s customer experience. Qualifications Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at a minimum B2-C1 levelCustomer service experience, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining service standardsProficiency with technology tools, including CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or communication softwareStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressureAdaptability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfactionFamiliarity with the financial technology sector is a plusBachelor’s degree or recent graduate in any fieldAbility to work on-site in Cairo and maintain flexible working hours, including shifts
