Role DescriptionAs an English Customer Service Representative - Wave 1, you will handle customer inquiries and provide resolution and support via various communication channels. Your day-to-day duties will include addressing customer concerns, managing service requests, documenting interactions, and providing solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sheikh Zayed City, where you will collaborate closely with your team in a dynamic and engaging work environment. QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Excellent English Communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide clear and professional support.Experience in English Teaching or Training is a plus.Proficiency in Translation between English and other languages is a valuable asset.Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy, patience, and professionalism.Familiarity with using customer service software and tools is advantageous.
