Role DescriptionAs an English Customer Support Agent (Voice & Chats) at ETISAL International, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and addressing inquiries via voice and chat channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Additionally, you will troubleshoot problems, provide solutions efficiently, and work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo.
