We're hiring (English Educational Monitor)Branches : Alex (Camp Caesar & Agamy)Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular classroom observations for English instructors across multiple branchesEvaluate teaching performance based on academic standards and KPIsEnsure proper and consistent implementation of the English curriculumDeliver demo sessions and model classes for new hiresProvide structured feedback and coaching to instructorsMonitor students’ progress and learning outcomesPrepare detailed observation and performance reportsCollaborate with Academic Supervisors and Management to improve overall qualityIdentify training needs and support instructors’ development plansMaintain consistency in teaching quality across all branchesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related fieldStrong command of English (B2+/C1 preferred)Previous experience in teaching English (a must)Experience in observation, evaluation, or academic supervision is highly preferredAbility to deliver demos and training sessions confidentlyStrong communication, coaching, and feedback skillsFlexibility to travel between branches within Cairo CELTA Holder.
