SYE values collaboration, growth, and a learner-centered mindset in everything it does.Role Description This is a Full Time, part-time or Freelancer on-site English Language Instructor role based in Giza. The instructor will plan and deliver interactive English lessons for groups and individuals, following SYE’s curriculum and teaching methodology. Daily tasks include preparing lesson materials, facilitating speaking activities, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The instructor will assess learner needs, adapt activities to different proficiency levels, and help learners build confidence in communication. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate attendance and progress records, collaborating with other instructors, and contributing to a positive, engaging learning community.Location: October -El Dokki- Maadi- Nasr City-OnlineQualificationsStrong instructional skills in English Teaching, Teaching, and Language Teaching, with the ability to manage diverse learners and classroom dynamics.Background or training in Education, including lesson planning, learner assessment, and student-centered teaching approaches.Clear and accurate Writing skills in English for creating materials, feedback, and reports.High level of spoken and written English proficiency; near-native or advanced (C1/C2) level preferred.Prior experience teaching English or leading language workshops, ideally with young adults or adults.Ability to work on-site in Giza during evenings or weekends, as required by class schedules.Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a supportive and inclusive teaching style.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or similar certification is an advantage.
