The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the English proficiency levels of children and teenagers and ensuring accurate placement into suitable programs. The role also involves supporting academic operations and assisting with communication and coordination tasks.Key Responsibilities• Conduct placement tests for kids and teens to determine English proficiency levels accurately• Evaluate students based on structured assessment criteria (speaking, listening, reading, writing as required)• Recommend appropriate course levels based on test results• Maintain accurate and organized records of student assessments and placements• Support academic coordination tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and materials organization• Communicate placement results and program information to parents and students in a professional manner• Handle basic customer inquiries with a friendly and service-oriented approach• Collaborate with teachers and academic supervisors to ensure smooth student onboardingRequirements• Proven experience in testing or assessing children and teenagers (preferably in English language programs)• Strong command of English (spoken and written) — minimum B2 level; C1 is preferred• Good understanding of language proficiency levels and assessment methods• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with kids and parents• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment• Customer-service mindset with patience and professionalism• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications• Background in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field• Experience in language centers or educational institutions• Familiarity with CEFR-based placement frameworksWork Conditions• Employment Type: Full-time• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week• Location: On-site – Nasr City BranchApplicationIf you are qualified and interested, please send your CV via WhatsApp: https://wa.me/201288708494with the subject: “Placement Tester – Nasr City”
