Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back-Office Agent at our Cairo, Egypt location. The Back-Office Agent will handle administrative and operational tasks, including processing and managing data, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company processes. After a probation period of three months, the position transitions to a work-from-home setup. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, efficient time management, and a high level of accuracy in task execution.
