Role Description We are seeking English speakers with a C1 level to join TP in an on-site, full-time role located in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional support through various communication channels. You will also be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining professionalism, and adhering to company protocols. Collaboration with team members to enhance problem-solving and achieve customer satisfaction is critical. Qualifications Fluent English proficiency at a C1 level (spoken and written).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for delivering outstanding customer service.Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address and resolve customer concerns.Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
