The Support Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, provide accurate and efficient resolution for customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly. The role involves documenting and escalating issues when necessary, adhering to company policies, and maintaining knowledge of company services, products, and processes to deliver excellent service.
