Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Travel Advisor, located in Ezbet Zayed. The Travel Advisor will handle customer interactions with professionalism and care, providing solutions to inquiries related to travel arrangements and itineraries. In this role, responsibilities include assisting customers with bookings, addressing concerns, offering expert travel recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction at every step. The Travel Advisor acts as a key touchpoint for delivering personalized travel experiences. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide excellent support and ensure positive interactionsAbility to effectively handle Travel Arrangements and familiarity with Travel Agency processesExceptional Communication skills, both written and oral, to interact professionally with customersProblem-solving and multitasking capabilities under dynamic conditionsProficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantagePrior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; higher education in tourism or related fields is an advantageFamiliarity with travel booking systems and software is beneficial
