Engineeius is looking for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Enrollment & Student Success Officer to join our growing team.At Engineeius, we provide STEM, coding, and technology education for kids, helping students learn through practical projects, live sessions, and real application — not memorization.This role connects sales, parent communication, student follow-up, instructor coordination, and learning operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technology, able to understand our programs, and confident when explaining them to parents.Key Responsibilities:Follow up with interested parents and students through WhatsApp, phone calls, and CRM tools.Handle outbound calls to qualify leads, explain programs, and support enrollment.Guide parents through course options, levels, schedules, pricing, and payment steps.Follow up with enrolled students and parents to ensure a smooth learning experience.Coordinate with instructors and make sure sessions are delivered on time and professionally.Monitor student attendance, progress, and engagement.Check and follow up on LMS access, recorded sessions, materials, and student updates.Collect feedback from parents, students, and instructors.Support student onboarding after payment confirmation.Maintain organized records of leads, enrollments, follow-ups, and feedback.Report daily/weekly updates on sales pipeline, student progress, and parent satisfaction. Requirements:Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, LMS platforms, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms.Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.Comfortable speaking with parents over the phone and explaining educational programs clearly.Sales, customer success, or parent communication experience is a plus.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up consistently.Friendly, professional, and patient with parents and students.Able to coordinate between sales, instructors, operations, and students.Strong Plus:Computer Science graduate or background in technology-related studies.Previous experience in STEM education, coding programs, EdTech, robotics, or kids’ technology programs.Ability to understand basic coding/STEM concepts and explain them in simple language to parents.Experience using CRM, WATI, LMS, or similar tools.Ideal Candidate:Someone who combines communication skills, sales follow-up, student success mindset, and a strong interest in technology and education.
