The company focuses on ease of use, fast implementation, and tangible business outcomes from employee training.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise Account Executive with experience in the LMS or learning technology industry. The Enterprise Account Executive will identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract close. In this role, you will conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and provide consultative guidance to help organizations design and launch learning solutions using Upscend. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, learning leaders, and IT teams, ensuring alignment between client needs and platform capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a pipeline in a CRM, collaborating with marketing and product teams on feedback and campaigns, preparing proposals and pricing, and accurately forecasting revenue. You will also partner with customer success teams to support smooth handoffs and promote long-term customer value and expansion.Qualifications Proven experience in Software Sales and Enterprise Sales, ideally within the LMS, HR tech, or learning technology space.Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outbound outreach, and qualification of complex enterprise opportunities.Demonstrated expertise in Account Management, with the ability to nurture relationships, drive renewals, and expand existing accounts.Track record of exceeding Sales targets, managing full-cycle deals, and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data.Advanced Consultative Selling skills, including needs analysis, solution mapping, and value-based selling to senior stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence speaking to executive-level decision makers.Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision and strong ownership mindset.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard sales tech stack; data-driven approach to sales activities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Interest in learning, professional development, and helping organizations scale training programs is highly beneficial.
